Dynamical phenomena in open quantum many-body systems provide a framework for understanding how correlations and order emerge, evolve, and decay under the competing influences of coherent time evolution, projective measurement, and dissipative noise. Investigating such dynamics is crucial for addressing fundamental questions in nonequilibrium physics and developing control protocols for quantum technologies. This thesis explores three distinct aspects of quantum dynamics: collective critical behavior in absorbing-state transitions implemented efficiently within the Stabilizer formalism, topological state preparation, and coherent quantum gate design, all with direct implementation on the Rydberg-atom platform for quantum computation.
